A digital archive concept exploring neon signage culture through an interactive editorial lens.
Overview
Neon Archive is a study in light and memory. The project documents fading storefront signs across the city and reassembles them into a browsable, glowing catalog.
Approach
- Field photography of over 120 storefronts
- Custom color extraction pipeline to reproduce each sign’s glow
- Editorial layout system with fluid typography
Outcome
The archive launched as a public exhibition microsite and was featured in two design annuals.
